The Filipino Martial Arts include Kali, Arnis, Eskrima, & Silat.
The Filipino Martial arts place a heavy emphasis on the use of weapons. The primary weapons are the stick, sword, and knife. We apply the motion of the stick / sword to other weapons, as well as empty hands.
This comprehensive martial art involves not only weapons but empty hands (hand and leg strikes), as well as joint locks, sweeps, and throws.
Jun Fan Gung-Fu is the martial art developed by Bruce Lee. Jun Fan, or Lee Jun Fan is the Chinese name of Bruce Lee and is a set curriculum. Jun Fan Gung-Fu includes kickboxing, trapping, joint locks, sweeps, and throws.
Jeet Kune Do is the martial art philosophy developed by Bruce Lee. The guiding principles of this revolutionary martial art are personal growth and continued research and development.
Emphasizing the different ranges of combat, students are taught to flow from long (kicking range), to middle (hand range), to close (trapping & grappling range).
