Gentle Yoga is designed to bring balance to the body and slow the mind. We will hold poses a bit longer and transition mindfully, allowing the nervous system to relax as we focus on the breath and sensations in the body.

A relaxed practice using Yoga props to support, open and create ease in the body. We hold poses a bit longer and transition mindfully, allowing the nervous system to relax as we focus on the breath and sensations in the body.

Hatha Yoga Saturdays 8:00am

Unique sequencing to promote a dynamic and complete experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha Yoga class – breath, asana, and stillness – while challenging coordination through movement. 60 minutes

SATURDAY WORKSHOPS 2:00PM  – First Saturday of the month-

Each 90 minute class focus on different aspects of Yoga. Ideal for students looking to try something new. Each participant will receive a coupon for one free weekly class. 10 person limit per workshop.
